The Nine Major Religions of God

God has “Manifested” His Holy Spirit in human beings nine times during known history. These people are called “Manifestations of God,” “Prophets of God,” “Major Prophets,” and so on. The first was Adam, who came around 4000 B.C. Stories about Adam appear in the Old Testament.  Abraham came from Adam. There were ten generations from Adam to Noah, and ten more generations from Noah to Abraham. Adam started the Sabian or Sabean religion.  The other eight Manifestations are all from Abraham and one of the three women that he had children with: Sara, Hagar and Keturah.  From Abraham’s first wife, Sara, came Moses, Jesus and Baha’u’llah (the Prophet of the Baha’i faith: 1863 A.D.) From Hagar, Sara’s slave woman, came Muhammad and the Bab (the forerunner Prophet Who appeared shortly before the Prophet of the Baha’i faith: 1844 A.D.)  From an Indian princess named Keturah came Zoroaster (Prophet followed by many Persian kings including Cyrus and Artexerses), Buddha and Krisna (Hinduism is the religion that came from Krisna). When the Holy Spirit becomes manifest, it pervades the entire creation. A new spirit of spirituality is breathed into creation. People who recognize it begin to vibrate according to its vibration. Most people don’t even have the faintest desire for it, as they are spiritually dead. But others, more awake ones, seek its source and do not give up until they find the source of the vibration. They are thirsty for it. They become willing to die for its influence. They become slaves to its impulses. They are born again, not of flesh, but of the spirit. This renewing Holy Spirit was revealed in its greatest potency to date with the coming of Baha’u’llah in 1863. The Holy Spirit is revealed through a Manifestation about every 1000 years. They deliver a message or Revelation from God. This message becomes the basis for a significant evolution of civilization. The civilization brought by Baha’u’llah is known as the Kingdom of God on earth. Jesus told us to pray for it: “Our Father, Who art in heaven…. Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on EARTH as it is in heaven.” (Matt. 6:9-10)
Many Biblical Prophets foresaw the coming of this kingdom. Many also saw the terrible catastrophes that will accompany its birth.
Each time God Manifests His Holy Spirit, a different attribute of God is emphasized in the Revelation. Jesus emphasized Love. Buddha: Enlightenment. Moses: the Law. Krisna, Detachment. Adam: the fact that God is Invisible. Muhammad: To Submit. Zoroaster: Purity. The Bab: Sacrifice. Baha’u’llah: Justice.
Each time the Holy Spirit manifests itself, it is the same exact Holy Spirit that has manifested itself in the past. It is no different. The only thing that is different from Manifestation to Manifestation is the potency of their message and the capacity of the audience for whom the message is intended.  Adam, Jesus and Baha’u’llah all brought Universal messages, meant for the whole world. The other Prophets brought messages meant for specific peoples.  The capacity of mankind is now the greatest it has been in the last 6000 years, and therefore the potency of the Holy Spirit that has been revealed in Baha’u’llah’s Revelation is the greatest thus far. This is not to say the Holy Spirit is any less potent than when it was manifest in the other Prophets, just that the amount of information revealed is greater now than it has been in the past with other Prophets.
